At S. Feldman Housewares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label or address the package to our Madison Avenue storefront, ensuring you use a trackable shipping method.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
